The HOA includes a playground, shared recycling, camper storage, graded trail connecting to the local pre-school, and a covered shelter for the free shuttle that zooms right up to the ski area. Admittedly, the unit could use little love (read: blank canvas for your Pinterest-inspired renovation boards!) after some occupants didn't show it the love it deserves.
